1. Verify Model & Compatibility

Customers are responsible for confirming the correct model number, specifications, and compatibility before placing an order.

2. No Returns After Installation

Items that have been installed, powered on, wired, or tested in machinery are not eligible for return or refund.

3. Original Packaging Required

All returns must be unused, in original manufacturer packaging, and include all labels, serial numbers, seals, and accessories.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, submit a return request through the marketplace system within the platform’s return window with clear photos or videos.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:
• Installed or used products
• Powered-on electronic components
• PLC modules, drives, control boards once opened
• Customized or special-order items
• Items returned without original packaging
• Items returned due to customer selecting the wrong model

6. Refund Processing

Approved returns will be refunded through the marketplace platform. Refunds may take 7–14 business days depending on the platform and payment method.

7. Warranty

We provide a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery for all products. Warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse, or damage caused by the customer.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including production downtime, loss of profit, labor costs, or machine stoppage. Liability is limited to the value of the product sold.
